In August 2017 noted Twitch streamer iKasper brought together dozens of broadcasters to put the 6th annual ‘Quest for the Cause’ marathon stream on his channel running from August 4th through August 13th . All viewers were directed to one donation link, and all funds raised would be split between 10 different charities. The event is one of a kind and brings together many different communities to raise money for causes that everyone can get behind. Lowco got creative with donation incentives, which can be seen below, and raised $1,555 during her 4 hour shift. Overall, the campaign raised over $100,000 for charities like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Doctors without Borders and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In August 2017, Lowco was invited to a streamer launch event in Los Angeles for Lawbreakers, getting a first look at the full game a week prior to launch. It was a pleasure to meet the team behind the game and play alongside fellow streamers and new friends. After what felt like a quick day slaying Heroes in a variety of fast-paced game modes, the evening culminated with a rooftop party decked with music and food. When Lowco returned to the stream, she shared her experience and published a video letting viewers know what to expect from the soon-to-be released game.

In August 2017, Lowco was invited to Los Angeles to partake in the launch event in for Lawbreakers, including many quality hours playing the full game a week prior to launch. Many other great streamers were in attendance along with the development team who were eager to talk about the game and what the streamers thought of their finished product. Lowco made the most of her time in Los Angeles, meeting up with a wide range of her closest Twitch friends and industry partners. It was a highlight event for her in Summer 2017 and she is grateful for the chance to be a part of the event. SOS, a Survivor-like game show with a hint of battle royale, initiated its first public alpha session with a special streamer competition. Over the course of two days and six games, streamers competed on the leaderboards for Top Survivor and Top Entertainer. Lowco beat out 15 other contestants to take the Top Entertainer distinction. In June 2017 Lowco went head to head with 15 other streamers in an event held by Outpost Games for the first public alpha session of their upcoming game, SOS. Lowco, a veteran of survival and battle royale type games, rose to the occasion in the very first match, finishing as the runner up. Her community rallied with an overwhelming show of support to push her to a first place finish on the ‘Top Entertainer’ leaderboard.
